Nigel Killick Founder and CEO
Previously with Unilever and ICI primarily in the Asian region, Nigel received an MBA with distinction from the Harvard Business School in 2001 and has a BA Hons. in History from the University of Cambridge, UK.
Simon le Maistre Director of Learning
Simon has 15 years’ experience in teaching and course design, including managing and training teams specializing in teaching English as a foreign language. Simon has a BA Hons. in History from the University of Cambridge, UK.
Matthew Barnard Creative Director
Matthew has 16 years’ experience teaching English, of which 12 years were spent teacher training in English as a foreign language. Matthew has a BA Hons. in Modern Languages from the Cambridgeshire College of Arts and Technology, UK.
David Killick Company Secretary
Previously with the Commonwealth Development Corporation, David was a Fellow of the UK Chartered Institute of Secretaries, is a Barrister, and has an MA in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford, UK.
Japan
Yoshihito Niizuma Chief Technical Officer
Yoshihito has wide-ranging programming and computer technical expertise, as well as three years with Cambridge Technology Partners. Yoshihito has a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from Utah State University, US.
Ben Porter Sales Director
Ben has spent over 10 years in the ELT industry in Japan, seven of these in sales and development of e-learning products and services. He is fluent in Japanese and has a BA from Wesleyan University in Connecticut, USA.
Hideki Sugai Corporate Sales Dept., Sales Director
Hideki has worked with major companies in Japan as a global human resources development consultant for more than ten years. He has a BA from St. Paul’s University in Japan.

Jeremy Wegerer Managing Director, Greater China
Jeremy has an MA in Classical Chinese Literature from the University of Colorado and has near-native ability in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1992.
David Akast General Manager, Hong Kong
David manages Reallyenglish's operations in Hong Kong and southeast Asia. He has 10 years of business development experience, acquired working in 10 cities across China and holds a BA Hons. in Politics and International Relations from Lancaster University, UK and an MSc in Political Economy from the London School of Economics (LSE), UK.
Christina Wong Sales Manager
Christina previously has had more than 15 years sales and marketing experience in leading publishing houses and multi-media companies. She's worked in Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia and is now in China. She has a BA Hons in Social Work from the University of Hong Kong Polytechnic.
Hans Cao Sales Manager
Hans has worked in the e-learning industry for the last 15 years, primarily in sales and project implementation. Most of that time has been spent in global distance education companies serving well-known multinational and local Chinese companies. He holds a B.S. degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
