Nigel Killick (Founder and CEO), brings eight years sales and marketing experience for Unilever and ICI, primarily in the Asian region where he was responsible for substantial sales growth in a number of countries. Nigel received an MBA with distinction from the Harvard Business School in 2001 and has a BA Hons. in History from the University of Cambridge, UK.
Simon le Maistre (Director ELT), has 15 years' experience in teaching and course design, including managing and training teams specializing in teaching English as a foreign language. Simon has a BA Hons. in History from the University of Cambridge, UK.
Glynn Jones (Human Resource Director), has 21 years' experience teaching English, of which 14 years were spent training teachers with the International House network of schools. Glynn has a BA Hons. in International History and Politics from the University of Leeds, UK.
Matthew Barnard (Creative Director), has 16 years' experience teaching English, of which 12 years were spent teacher training in English as a foreign language. Matthew has a BA Hons. in Modern Languages from the Cambridgeshire College of Arts and Technology, UK.
David Killick (Company Secretary), has extensive project finance and project management experience after a long career with the Commonwealth Development Corporation. David was a Fellow of the UK Chartered Institute of Secretaries, is a Barrister, and has an MA in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford, UK.

Jeremy Wegerer (Managing Director, China) brings to reallyenglish fifteen years of broad experience in business, technology and foreign language education. He recently completed an MA in Classical Chinese Literature from the University of Colorado and has near-native ability in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese. He holds a BA in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1992.
David Akast (East China Director) manages reallyenglish's operations in East China and is based in Shanghai. He has 5 years of business development experience, acquired working in 20 cities across China. He holds a BA Hons. in Politics and International Relations from Lancaster University, UK and an MSc in Political Economy from the London School of Economics (LSE), UK.
Ella Lovece (Business Development Director, China) has 20+ years’ of experience in the language training industry which includes teaching, teacher training and product development. She holds a BA Hons. in English from Flinders University, Australia, a Diploma in TESOL from Trinity College, UK and is completing a MSc in ELT Management from the University of Surrey, UK.
Royce Gao (Business Development Manager, China) brings more than ten years experience in business development, sales management, and marketing in the service industries including the corporate training/e-learning industry. Royce received a BA degree from Shanghai International Studies University in 1996 and then received his MBA from Webster University, Shanghai.

Ben Porter (Sales Director) has spent the last 10 years in the ELT industry in Japan, 7 of these in sales and development of e-learning products and services. He is fluent in Japanese and has a BA from Wesleyan University in Connecticut, USA.
Hideki Sugai (Corporate Sales Department, Sales Director) has worked with major companies in Japan as a global human resources development consultant for more than ten years. He has a BA from St. Paul's University in Japan.

Chris Bullsmith (International Operations Manager) Chris has been a teacher for nine years. He has an MPhil in Philosophy from Kings College, University of London, UK, and a BA Hons. and BSc from Canterbury University, NZ. He has been a Commonwealth Scholar and Daiwa Anglo-Japanese Foundation Scholar, is fluent in Japanese, and is currently involved in TESL research.
