Since the foundation of Reallyenglish in 2002, we have never stopped improving our learning management tools based on thousands of deployments at organisations large and small. In 2011 we upgraded once again with the launch of the Training Management System (TMS). Like everything we do, the TMS is designed to promote course completion. Equally importantly, it provides our customer administrators with the tools and measurements they need to evaluate deployment success.

Our priority is to ensure students complete their courses and study regularly. The first step is getting them to start, so we track and follow up on late registrations. It is important not just to set goals, but to see that they are achieved. All courses have customisable course-passing requirements, and the 5-star ranking system tells you at a glance how a group is doing, while the status indicators show who's behind and who's on track. There are a whole suite of tools for you to use to manage, support and monitor your learners, alternatively if you don't want to use the on-line tracking systems, then our learning support staff can follow up for you.

For more information on your trainees’ performance and effort, drill down to view number of units passed, test scores, study time, etc., and download group and individual reports anytime. Our end-of-course survey automatically pops up on learners' menu page 2 weeks before the course ends so you can easily collect and collate feedback from all your trainees.

We provide conscientious and frequent follow-up directly to your learners, but some of our client organisations’ administrators and/or instructors like a more hands-on approach. For these power-users, we provide easy-to-use scalable email tools; moreover, in-house trainers might want to access the courses themselves or even view our tutors’ feedback to their trainees.
