Recommended not only for IT engineers, but also for sales and general staff in companies related to the IT industry. Covers the basic IT categories and language used in customer centers presented in realistic role plays -- perfect for not only improving your IT jargon but improving your technical communication skills. In addition, the course introduces not only English knowledge but a wide range of IT knowledge.
Course content
- 35 lessons split into seven major categories
- Each lesson has three zones: Language Zone, Skills Zone, and Challenge Zone
- Each zone takes 10 to 15 minutes. Each zone is a mini lesson -- perfect for busy professionals who have trouble finding time for a whole lesson
- Focus not only on technical texts like programming and project management, but also on the language used daily in an IT workplace environment, such as FAQs and online chat.
- Fun simulation-style quizzes (role-play or e-mail) with a story in Challenge Zone
- Comprehensive explanations regarding important grammar points and example sentences

3Complete the required number of lessons (lessons can be studied any number of times within the course period).

Course completion requirements
Recommended: 80% or more in the final test in each zone of 35 lessons
Target audience
IT specialists with a TOEIC® score of 300+, or non-specialists with a TOEIC score of 500+
Course duration
Recommended: six months

A PC which can be connected to the Internet (broadband connection recommended). Microsoft OS (Windows 2000, XP, Vista), Internet Explorer version 6 or above, the most recent version of Flash Player, Adobe Reader version 5 or above
